HISTORY:
A lifelong Texan, Paul was born in Hunt County, Texas, is 68 years
old, and has been a resident of Lubbock for 44 years. He and wife
Frances have shared 48 years of marriage together and enjoy two children
and four grandchildren. He is a Baptist.
